Instructional Designer - Technical Learning Consultant

My career has been a tapestry of wonderful experiences and people that began with working on avionics systems of anti-submarine warfare aircraft in the U.S. Navy. With that technical and highly disciplined foundation in place, it was a very smooth transition into software technical support where I started creating training documents, videos and job aids to help my clients. I built long-lasting relationships with each of these clients and provided high-level support regardless of their skill level. My love for helping others and providing technical solutions blossomed into teaching others in every role I had after that.

I enjoy planning a project, strategizing, building relationships with stakeholders, and building a learning experience that transforms and equips people and strengthens a team.
